Join The Marietta Sweet Corn Festival as we celebrate our wonderful agricultural history. The festival promotes local agriculture and higher education. Proceeds from the festival are used to fund scholarships to Washington County High School Seniors pursuing a degree in agriculture related areas or other degrees.

"This scholarship is for any high school senior in Ohio's Washington County who plans to further their education. The qualifications for the scholarship are to have served in FFA for at least two years and/or 4-H programs for at least three years. Priority in awarding the scholarship will be given first to the student pursuing a degree in agriculture or related areas."

With a strong dedication to the growth and success of Marietta and the surrounding area, this collective group will endeavor to involve as many people in the area as possible. We endeavor to create an event highlighting Marietta's success in the area of farming and bringing people together. To celebrate that success in a spirit of fun and community reunion. Join The Marietta Sweet Corn Festival as we celebrate our wonderful agricultural history. The Marietta Sweet Corn Festival promotes area agriculture and education in the area of agriculture. Proceeds from the Sweet Corn Festival are used to fund scholarships to Washington County High School Seniors pursuing a degree in agriculture or related areas.
